First Email sent out - Subject: Entry Information.

JULY 1 - JULY 28 2006: First Registration / Deposit Deadline.
Returning Teams:
$100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
This will reserve a returning team spot in the tournament.
If your not sure, please don't send it.
New Teams:
$100.00 DEPOSIT TO RESERVE ANY OPEN SPOTS.
Based on postmark of your letter, we will create a new team entry order.
If in the end, no spots are available, new team deposits will be refunded.
Be sure to include a return address with your dues.

Aug 9 2006: Open Spots will be filled.
All payments received after July 28 must be paid in full and first come first serve.
New teams will be added as outlined (above).

AUGUST 9 2006: Total Dues Deadline.
All outstanding balances and final full payments due.
If we have 5 teams paid in full, the tournament is on.
Tournament entry is closed.

AUGUST 17 2006: Schedule will be issued (on or before)
In the event the tournament is not held, all deposits will be returned.
Please be sure to include your name and address info along with your
team name in your correspondence.
